About

Hi. I’m Dee Lundgren and I want to thank you for visiting my website. My goal is to share with you some practical insights that will help you find hope and healing after loss.

The results are in--it’s impossible to travel through a broken world without getting capsized by personal tragedy.

And disappointment often follows tragedy. Your loss might be divorce, a chronic health issue, a financial downturn, unemployment, or the death of a loved one. Or it could be something else.

My catastrophic loss came over ten years ago when my worst nightmare came true. At 22-years old, my oldest child decided that life was not worth living anymore. John committed suicide one fateful September morning.

Now my life mission is to use the lessons learned from my pain to encourage others to find help and hope through life’s difficult seasons.

We can journey this road of healing together. And Jesus gives us this amazing promise, I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full (John 10:10 NIV).

I am a licensed professional counselor and life coach who speaks, writes, and counsels out of my passion for others to experience the power of God’s word to mend our broken hearts. So, whatever the size of your loss you have come to the right place.

Through the Lord, His word, and community we will make it. It may not feel like it right now. But trust me—God deeply loves and cares about what is going on in your life.

I know that our God is a God of hope and healing.

God bless.

He has given me a new song to sing, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see what he has done and be amazed. They will put their trust in the Lord (Psalm 40:3 NLT).
